Who are MSPs?
MSPs, or Managed Service Providers, are companies that remotely manage their clients' IT systems and services, offering solutions like network maintenance, cybersecurity, and cloud management on a subscription basis.
What is the problem?
MSP Owners struggle to maintain awareness of the activities and changes that occur within their business. This overwhelm is due to a variety of reasons;
- The growing number of SaaS apps used to support MSP operations, each generating inbound messages. The overall volume, combined with the generic content, makes it difficult to identify what is truly important.
- MSP owners tend to be highly technical and prefer to stay involved in day-to-day operations. This focus on the technical, rather than delegation, displaces strategic and leadership development activities.
- Legacy SaaS products introduce operational complexity and are not well suited for the owner-operator experience. They are click-heavy and bloated with features because they are designed to serve multiple user personas.
The result is a bottleneck at the leadership level that directly impacts the quality of life for all and the owner's ability to accomplish their professional goals.

Our Strategy

Reflection
Working on the Clairify.ai project has been an incredibly transformative experience, both personally and professionally. From the initial stages of building the business concept to crafting the final design, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in every facet of the product journey. This comprehensive involvement allowed me to develop not just as a UX/UI designer but also as a strategic thinker who could align design decisions with broader business goals.
One of the highlights of this journey was creating a design system that ensures consistency and scalability. Designing light and dark modes and seeing how they seamlessly integrate into the system has been both a challenge and a rewarding accomplishment. This work enabled our team to expand features more efficiently, ensuring that new developments maintain the same high standards of usability and visual appeal.
Beyond the technical and creative aspects, the project has deepened my appreciation for collaboration and communication. Building a product requires aligning cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and constantly iterating based on feedback. It reinforced my belief in the power of teamwork and the importance of documenting processes to create a shared understanding across teams.
Moving forward, I plan to refine the design system further by incorporating more advanced personalization options and conducting in-depth user testing to enhance the platform’s usability and business impact.
